The last 2 years, I have cycled from Germany, where I live, 50.000 km through Europe, Turkey, Iran, the Subcontinent, Mongolia, China and Southeast Asia, until I finally reached Kudat, in Borneo, a few days ago. I wanted to see how far I could cycle, and now it feels like I reached a dead end...

I am looking forward to join a sailing boat to reach Taiwan/Japan, where I could keep pedalling. I don't want just to take a lift, I would like to learn as much as possible about sailing and also help with any maintenance job to be done before departure (I hope this is just the beginning and not the last time I can join a sailing boat). I've been sailing as a passenger many times (open water diver/no seasickness so far), but I have no experience as a crew member. I am willing to build my first miles and contribute with travel costs. I am flexible with dates and departure location.
