Hello!

From Nov., 2017 until April, 2018, I joined a motor vessel in the South Pacific from Port Vila, Vanuatu, cruising north through the remaining islands of Vanuatu, northwest through the Solomons, and on through PNG.

In April 2019, I joined a sv in BOCAS Del toro, Panama for 2 weeks.

During the super busy years of my younger adulthood (mortgage, raising kids, work) I had been a contributing US citizen, responsible parent, supportive partner and den leader;-) It feels good to be on the other side of that pressure, and to breathe a sigh of relief that I've "made it."

I loved the cruising life, and would love to join you in your adventures. I've got time, resources, health, spirit and more than enough desire to celebrate life such that i could be a great companion. I'm respectful, and will treat your and your things as such.

ABOUT ME

My life journey has had interesting twists and turns, peaks and valley's and loops that brought me right back to where I began to start all over again.

My greatest learning has typically been through actions that others deem "mistakes"! But I love it all, even the painful lessons, and I wouldn't change any of it.

Interests

My interests are very varied, really!

*I enjoy the extremes of five star hotels and sleeping on deck under the stars.
*Fine wine, to drinking whatever brand is cold.
*Riding a motorcycle and riding a wave
*A meal of apples, cheese, bread and wine and creating a lovely 5-course meal.
*I like to read, or have background music playing as I putter.
*I don't watch much TV, which means I'm clueless about professional sports, sit-coms or American Idol...although I love to scuba, scull, sail, play cards and charades. If we ever get ashore, i play tennis, and piano!

I've wanted to sail around the world for about 30 years, and I think the time has come. I've traveled extensively throughout the world by land, but not so much by sea. I'm ready for this new way of living life.
