I am a professional yacht chef and first mate, currently land based in the US. I grew up in California and have been around the water my whole life. I started working on boats in my early 20's and haven't looked back.

Since then, I have worked on sailing catamarans throughout the world. I have crewed on many yacht deliveries, with the longest being a trans-Atlantic from Turkey to the Virgin Islands and a trans-Pacific from Panama to the Marquesas. I love sailing offshore and especially love the night watch when it's just me and the stars.

I have been the chef aboard for all types of clients and have served up to 12 people on a regular basis. I love to invent new things in the galley and am always looking for new recipes and ideas.

I grew up near the water and began sailing with my mom at a young age. I met my husband in my early twenties and we moved to the Virgin Islands together. Soon after, we started running term charter boats throughout the Caribbean. Later, we operated privately owned high performance catamarans all over the world. He now specializes in sail training and yacht delivery.
