I retired 8 years ago from a 20 year career as a firefighter/ paramedic, and rescue diver,. And i had a concurrent 30 year career as a fitness trainer. I sold everything and began my lifelong dream of travelling the world. I grew up in St. Croix, USVI where i worked my way up from tour guide to operations manager of a tour company for cruise ships. I worked (though never sailed) on sail boats, and motorboat, taught snorkeling and did all sorts of hosting, cooking, bartending, and babysitting of drunk seasick tourists. I sailed the BVI countless times, and spent many years on my parent's motor yacht. I am very comfortable on water and land. Tight, crowded, dirty, and tiresome work doesn't bother me one iota. I can adapt to most any environment and make the best of every situation. I've been there, done that in so many areas of life, it's hard to shock me. I'm responsible, dependable, and a ton of fun to be around. Integrity is my number one value in life. Since joining a find a crew, I have done a 14 day crossing, sailed the South China sea, parts of the Western Caribbean, and now, just sailed NZ to Fiji. I am open to Romance but deselected that box for 3 years when it weeded out every boat BUT those looking for romance. It's not AT ALL my priority!! I wanna sail with great people and let life unfurl as it may. So now, I'm taking a chance at saying yes to romance, to see more options,, but it's NOT why I'm here!

Because I spend a lot of time traveling in my RV, and currently am doing so, where I am now changes constantly. And i filled in where id like to sail, but thats just some of many!! Im open to any and all possibilities. Seems like I ticked a whole bunch of stuff here, and I really am open to all of the above. If I earn money Great! If I pay, ok as well. I've sailed a lot but only recently started learning to sail. I'm familiar with all the lingo and lifestyle. I could easily live off the grid for weeks at a time. I'm living my dream and am grateful for everything, even the challenges and trials.
