I'm a 35 year old guy looking to travel the world by sea and meet great people while building ocean miles as I work towards my Yachtmaster Certification. I've owned a Cal20 (where I learned to sail) & recently purchased a 37ft steel boat in Tahiti and sailed her to Tonga which is where I am now. I've raced & day sailed on a J35 for 4 years in Vancouver, BC Canada.

I've been traveling for the past 2 years and have since helped deliver a Hunter 34 from San Francisco to Cabo San Lucas, a Bavaria 44 Vision from Newcastle Australia to Coomera Australia, a 50ft motor sailor from Fiji to Tonga, a Norsemann 447 from Bermuda to Sint Maarten and a Lagoon 445 from Apataki to Tahiti. Most recently has been the purchase of my boat in Tahiti and sailed her with a friend from Tahiti, through French Polynesia, Suwarrow, Niue and finally Tonga.

I've completed several passages up to 7 days, including solo night watches, navigation, reading weather, energy & resource management / conservation, middle of the night reefing during squalls and I don't get sea sick.

I'm looking to start getting paid (modestly) to help deliver boats both as crew or delivery boat skipper to start building a serious sailing resume.

I'm an adventurer / kid at heart and lover of the outdoors, be it mountains or ocean. I sail, hike, snowboard, surf, bike, motorbike, scuba dive, camp (winter or summer) and I'm a sucker for great views. I don't smoke and I'm not a heavy or loud obnoxious drinker. I'm a hard worker and enjoy a good challenge. I like open minded people with a great sense of humour and enjoy good conversation. I'm generally quiet and don't like confrontation but not afraid to speak up if something is wrong and I'm a huge fan of doing things with safety in mind. I helped run a business for 10 years and I'm very responsible, understand business, money, client relations, marketing, planning, project management and can photograph and produce video at a professional level. I'm looking to meet great people, see amazing places, laugh a lot and have fun.
