Dear Shipmates
Introduction
Dear All
I'm a friendly British woman with a positive outlook. I love to travel, enjoy meeting people and love the ocean. I'm physically fit and healthy and love the outdoors. I got hooked on dinghy sailing three years ago and now regularly sail a Laser off the coast of Northumberland. As a teenager I helped crew a ketch along the west coast of Scotland, and in 2011 I worked aboard a cruising yacht in Borneo. I have a degree in physics and an MA in astrophysics and I currently work as a private tutor of maths, physics and chemistry. I've done a fair bit of travelling, including working as a roustaboat in the Australian outback, hitch-hiking through Africa, backpacking through India and hiking in the mountains of China, Scotland and Nepal. I'm used to physical challenge and hardship and I don't complain or scare easily.
Many thanks for reading my profile, and good luck with your adventures!

I love to travel, enjoy meeting people and love the ocean. I'm a member of a local sailing club in Northumberland and I regularly sail a Laser dinghy in club races and for fun. I sailed as a teenager off the west coast of Scotland and in 2011 aboard a cruising yacht in Borneo.
I'm not scared of hardship and have worked and mixed with all sorts of people and cultures. In 2012 I spent 3 weeks as crew aboard a yacht travelling around the NE coast of Borneo and I loved the life. I'm physically fit and happy to help out wherever required.
A happy, friendly person, keen for friendship, not interested in romance.

During my time sailing I've soaked up as much knowledge as possible and am keen to learn and experience more. I love the ocean, sailing, swimming, diving and exploring.
I have a positive outlook, fit in well to any environment, am flexible and keen to be involved in all aspects of sailing life.
