Hi,
Why would you want me to crew on your boat:
- I am very dependable.
- I'd say I have above average communication skills, I don't easily get upset and I work to find a solution instead of a culprit.
- I'm a positive person. I chose to see "the glass half full".
- I am respectful, flexible and I easily get along with everyone.
- I'm eager to learn.

In the last few years, I've been able to find great sailors, here on Findacrew as well as around my hometown, to crew / sail in fantastic places!
I have manual skills. In 2004, I built a 24' plywood/epoxy power catamaran. A boat I used to operate a scuba charter company.

Part of what captain Edward wrote about me:
Strong, full of will he evolved from being a novice to an excellent reliable efficient crew in only 3 weeks.
We sailed immediately after the Hurricane from Georgia to Miami with large waves, with rolling breakers the first day and Jean seemed to enjoy them and complied with all his shifts and more, always keeping everything neat and sorted out in spite of the wild movement of the boat.
I completely recommend JS to any kind of sailing adventure.
