Introduction
I'm a licensed USCG 1600 Ton Master and Second Mate Unlimited, sailing instructor and former US Coast Guard Lieutenant. I've been a sailing instructor in the San Francisco Bay, South Florida and the Caribbean. My husband and I have crewed on sail and motor vessels from California to Mexico multiple times, Mexico to Tahiti, Tahiti to Tonga and in New Zealand and Australia. We're currently working on 320' commercial vessels in the Gulf of Mexico and are looking to move back to working as a team on yachts.

I've spent 2 years on a 210' US Coast Guard cutter, as a Deck Watch Officer, Assistant Navigator and Supply Officer. I've also raced sailing yachts, and I'm an American Sailing Association Instructor. After 9 years in the Coast Guard driving ships, my husband and I finally had the chance to explore the oceans on our terms, and finished up an around the world trip a few years ago. We found work on 320' commercial ships in the Gulf of Mexico, but want to go back to yachts where we can work as a team again.

I love driving boats and being out on the water. I've done time in an office, decided that it isn't for me, and have spent the last 7 years traveling and working on my sailing career.
