Dear Shipmates

Introduction

Hola from sunny Baja California!
I'm cruising the Sea of Cortez. I'm looking for a female crewmate(s) to join me for at 3 day to 3 week long cruises (I'm based out of La Paz).
I'm enjoying easy anchorage to anchorage cruising on the Baja coast, I do enjoy good food while traveling.
Some sharing of cruising costs or sharing some light maintenance/cleaning chores is desired.
Please, no Princess Cruise Line sailors - I've only got a 38 ft long sailboat. If you need the adrenaline of racing - my boat isn't for you. I'm just trying to enjoy life as stress free as possible.
I like to swim off my boat in the morning, and go snorkeling in an interesting anchorage all afternoon. I like exploring some of the small Mexican coastal towns - and hike on the remote islands.
I also like to read a lot - and have a great collection of classic movies on my boat. Music from the Rolling Stones to Rossini, the Doors to Dvorak.
I am considering crossing to the Marquesas in the Spring of 2023.
Sail long and Sail far Amigos!
Andy

About the boat, the plans, and current crew

usually cleancomfortablevery safehave a holidayshare experiencevisit remote placesseek adventurefulfill a dreamlearn a languageface challengeslive off the gridmulticultural

My boat is of traditional design, full keel, sea kindly and well equipped. I've been upgrading for the last two years and many systems are brand new, including a new navigation system and digital radar and sonar. I like to cook, swim, dive and explore new places. I've traveled the world for work, and now can do it for pleasure. My plans are to stay in the Sea of Cortez for the fall and winter. La Paz BCS is a good staging port for cruising while enjoying the local culture and community.
