Looking for crew to join me for legs of one week or more in the Mediterranean. Experience isn't absolutely necessary, although you must be reasonably confident that you won't be sea-sick.

Next passage May 2025 start is season return trip from Cagliari to Bizerte, then cruising in Sardinia, Corsica, Elba an beyond.

My boat has been my EU summer home (typically May to September) since 2004, although I have changed the actual boat twice in this period.
I usually have a general plan for my summer cruising, but this is flexible based on weather and crew availability.
My sailing involves day sails of less than 50NM, but there is sometimes a need (or desire) for longer passages including the occasional overnight. I may not sail every day and take days off to explore new places.
I prefer to avoid sailing in adverse (strong wind / swell) conditions and when these arise will plan a few days extra in port.
The boat is well equipped with all the usual safety equipment.
I regard sailing as an adventure and hope you can bring your adventurous spirit and join me!

I am looking for crew who are adaptable to the confines of a small(ish) boat. The boat has three cabins so you are likely to have some degree of privacy.
I do not usually require someone with extensive sailing experience and I am very happy to teach you more skills if that is what you want. This is an easy (but exciting) boat to sail so you can get as involved as much as you like.
I do require someone who is fit / mobile and capable of assisting with mooring - this is the greatest challenge with a small crew, especially in unfamiliar ports with (sometimes) unfamiliar mooring arrangements.
Crew are asked to share basic costs (food, marina fees, fuel etc) and are usually expected to pay for their own travel to/from the boat. I anticipate anchoring where possible.
Most nights we will eat on board and I welcome anyone who can bring culinary skills to vary the menus!
