I have been introduced to sailing here in New Zealand, 5 years ago learning on a Spencer 28ft, now living aboard a Chieftain mark II 38ft for almost 2 years and we've been sailing as much as possible with my husband in the Abel Tasman park, to D'urville Island and the Marlborough sounds! I am looking for more experience, on different yacht with different people, different seas and longer passage to expand my knowledge and exposure!
I would love to be part of a passage from New Zelande to anything north of it (Fiji, Tonga, French Polynésia...) to potentially Australia.
I have sailed for a up to 8 days in a row, anchoring every night, sailed by night, calm and rough seas. I am also very keen and curious about all the mechanical and technical aspects of the boat (electrical systems, mechanical, plumbing... ) as we are living on board, and ourselves wanting to be as involved as possible in every aspect of it.

On a more personal note, I am a photographer and a chef (so you will probably find me behind a camera or in the galley if not at the helm). I am very curious, and eager to learn more about everything related to sailing and beyond!
