My name is Gaby, I am from Canada and currently working on my 26' sloop in Richmond, BC. I learned the basics of cruising this past summer in the Discovery Islands, BC. I fell in love with sailing and wish to continue gaining experience, particularly offshore and on larger vessels.
Professionally, I cook for forestry camps in remote locations across northern BC and Alberta. I'm a fast learner and a strong team worker -- and I know how to communicate effectively in stressful situations.

Looking for any chance to get out on the water in the Vancouver or East Van Island area. With the beautiful sunshine we've been having, I'm itching to get back out there and continue learning. If you are a captain or Skipper with experience teaching, I would love the opportunity to meet in person and possibly go for a day sail! My partner in boating and sailing may be interested as well, so if you would like 2 eager crew members that can easily be arranged!
