I'm a mind of many interests. I count myself fortunate for having traveled a lot in my late teens and early twenties. I spent most of my mid to late 20's studying at a prestigious university, cutting back out on life experience. Currently working as software engineer I embark on the journey to life out all kinds of passions and hobbies I harbored, but was to poor and with not enough time on my hands to explore. Amongst those things I picked up fishing, cooking (more then daily food), woodworking, hiking, bouldering, DnD, kayaking and SUP.
During my time at uni I had the opportunity to sail a small catamaran on a lake, which I immediately fell in love with. Unfortunately sailing is an expensive hobby. I'm now revisiting the idea and am looking for someone willing to teach the sailors handiwork.
I'm humble, friendly, reliable, stress resistant, easy going, nerdy and sporty guy that likes to joke around. I believe in the mind over matter mantra and thus believe that a willingness to learn and willpower will in short time make up any missing experience.
I also got military training in a communications unit and therefore know the ICAO-/NATO Alphabet.
