Hello!
I am Francesco, a Swiss sailor-in-training looking for an opportunity to spend time at sea during the 2025 season.
During the winter season, I manage a mountain restaurant on the ski slopes in the Swiss Alps.

For the summer of 2025, my desire is to sail as much as possible, meet new fun and interesting people, visit awesome places and most of all: learn all I can about sailing and sailing boats from experienced captains and fellow crew members.

My final objective is to complete the RYA Yachtmaster Offshore in the fall of 2025 (theory already completed in June 2024).

I am open to both paid and un-paid opportunities, depending on the level of work/leisure balance.
I am a serious, reliable and effective team member and I am a fast and eager learner with a strong desire and committment to becoming a sailor and learning everything about life at sea.

In April 2025, I will complete the STCW Basic Safety Course and get the Norwegian medical certificate (ENG 1 equivalent).
