Introduction

I have Master <24M / Coxswain, MED2 and RYA YachtMaster qualifications.
I have taught sailing for many years in Australia and Skippered Sailing yachts for Charterers.
I am easy going and well respected for my boat handling, leadership and sailing skills.
Am looking for paid roles in the Sailing industry doing briefings, training, chartering or deliveries and am free to relocate.
Sailing all my life - am well equipped for Teaching, Racing, Cruising and Commercial Charter work.
I have sailed over 20,000NM - mostly coastal - either Solent, English Channel, France, Portugal to the whole east coast of Australia. I have completed the Fastnet and Sydney Hobart races, as well as taking many students on Coastal races from Sydney to Queensland and back.

My professional background is in Business systems and process efficiency management and have been a Business and Leadership Coach for many clients over many years. I have also authored "Chaos To Control" providing systematic tips to help business managers to improve their situations.
I love sailing and am now in a position in life to be able to travel, so my aim is to do that by boat. I am happy to cruise with like minded people and am looking for paid work to supplement my travels.
I love to share sailing skills with the inexperienced and have had a lifetime of doing this.
I do enjoy racing and would love a spot on any regattas around the world.
Whilst I am no longer fluent in other languages I do enjoy learning them where the time and situation allows.
