64 year old, avid sailor, with more than ten years spent in regatta (corinthian) and navigation experience, sail instructor and member of the commision for releasing the Italian yacht license, well trained in safety procedures on board, is looking for opportunities to join the superyacht industry with the aim of a career change.

Looking back I realize that my working life has developed with career changes every about 10 years:
10 years of activity in import-export customs procedures,
10 years in selling luxury products,
15 years managing sales teams and then my own small business of importing racing bicycle components,
5 years of caring non-self-sufficient people in nursing homes and hospitals.
Today, with no more family commitments, I would like to plan my next 10 years at sea. No just being a sailing instructor (as I am now) but as a full time professional seafarer. Deckhand at the beginning to progress to Officer/Captain in the yacht industry in order to gain a full understanding how to manage a crew and a yacht with owner and friends.
