Hi I’m Jesse. I’m in my late 30’s and have always dreamed of sailing the world. I co-owned a small sail boat for a few years in my twenties, although we only sailed it around in the Puget sound, if left me with an appetite for more. I cooked in fine dining throughout my 20’s, owned and operated a food truck for a couple years and have always had a passion for the culinary arts. I’ve spent a few summers hand waxing/detailing smaller yachts and have never had a problem doing a bit of physical labor. A few years ago I helped a friend open a beer bar in Seattle, WA and have been bartending there since.
