I am a life long sailor. My boat is a Ranger 23, so I'm doing day sailing mostly. Just completed the Baja Haha crewing aboard a Columbia 57. Looking to do more cruising in warm waters!

My motivation and reasons to crew on a boat

Although I am capable of being the captain, I find as I am aging that crewing is more enjoyable...leave the stress of decision making to someone else. This past year I've sailed from San Diego to Cabo San Lucas, Puerta Vallarta to Manzanillo and across San Francisco Bay. Earlier years I mostly sailed the Great Lakes and Florida and the Bahamas. I am looking to travel to areas that would be new to me and of course sailing is the best way to travel!
