I am not experienced enough to sail by myself on the open sea or ocean, but I do have a lot of experience being on (sailing) boats and understand the jobs that have to be done to keep the ship sailing. Furthermore, I have experience in maintaining small boats and I know basic electrical and mechanical engineering. I also possess my ICC for internal and coastal waters and a first aid/ basic firefighting certification. I do not mind cooking or cleaning, like to scuba dive or snorkel, speak English and Dutch fluently and know basics in German.

I would love to learn more about sailing at sea and the ocean and the challenges it brings. I learned how to operate a VHF and how to plan sailing trips on paper maps but I know I have much more to learn there. I might want to make a circumnavigation myself one day so I would love to learn every single thing I could know. I am seeking an adventure that involves beautiful views, hard work, sailing and getting to know the unknown.
