I have a background in engineering and previously worked on technical installation projects. In my twenties, I spent time climbing and practicing alpinism, while also working as a rigger and rope access technician. These experiences taught me to stay calm under pressure, solve problems efficiently, and work methodically—skills I continue to rely on in my life at sea.
Over the past 8 years, I’ve taken care of most maintenance and upgrades on my own sailboat, including installing solar panels, LiFePO4 batteries, a watermaker, and a UVC drinking water filter. While I’m not particularly fond of diesel engines, I’ve gained solid theoretical and practical knowledge about them as well. Creating and maintaining self-sufficient off-grid systems onboard is something I genuinely enjoy.
Beyond sailing and technical work, I’m also drawn to photography and videography. I’ve found it rewarding to capture moments that tell simple but meaningful stories. Recently, I’ve been exploring 360 imaging, which has given me a new way to see and share the world around me.
Moving forward, I hope to join a balanced and capable crew where I can contribute both technically and practically, while continuing to explore the world in a sustainable and purposeful way.
