Hello, I'm Betsy! I recently graduated from University and looking to crew on a sailboat.

I spent the summer crewing & cruising on a monohull around Newfoundland CA, l am a certified US Sailing instructor and have taught people of all ages and skill levels. Additionally, I was a crew on my university sailing team and have a US motorboat license. I have been sailing for over 12 years with a focus on racing. However, I am more interested in cruising sailing at the moment. I have experience in water safety, have been a certified waterfront lifeguard and am CPR certified.

I have a bachelor's degree and am adept at graphic design, videography, and social media.
I am looking to crew for fun and to gain more experience as an ocean sailor as I hope to have my own boat one day.

I am outdoorsy and always excited to learn a new skill. Some of my nonsailing hobbies include an apprenticeship in goldsmithing, snowboarding (big on the IKON pass and have been riding all over the world), and sewing my own clothes!
