I'm a solar powered mermaid living land locked seasonally but available for a sunny waterworld recharge each winter for several months. I love freediving and filming gopro, photographing sailing adventures and blogging. I'm a freelance writer, a tour guide, a diver, sailor and adventurer. I can cook and crew, help on deck, provisioning and most activities except mechanical repairs. Still learning but sharp enough and competent for crossings and night watch. Open to romance but not my goal. I must have excellent music and dancing is an essential part of my existence. I keep things upbeat and positive and cannot remain in the company of any curmudgeons. I get along easily with most everyone and many say I am a good cook and good company.
Most of the recent captains I sailed with commented that I was more skilled and competent than others they've had on board. I appreciate a skilled sailor who also enjoys teaching and communicates well.
My dream is to be sailing 6 months out of the year to escape winter then RV or road trip during summer on land. I need to see Europe by water, going up the rivers and exploring all of the old world.
I'm a spiritual, open minded person practicing yoga and mediation so that is important and would like to be among supportive people for this purpose. Vibration and frequency is everything and when that energy between people is felt you know you're in the right place. I'm youthful, fit and active and hope to find the same in sailing companions. Much time in the water is terrific! I was a divemaster in a previously life but enjoy freediving just as much.
