Hello you there probably will be nice to meet you :) I’m Sharon, really enthusiastic about learning and knowing more about the sailing world, I’m easy going and positive person :) currently in Asia but don’t mind travelling anywhere. Until now my favourite ‘transportation method’ was my own feet- trekked the Himalayas for a few months, but now looking for a new experience:)) I will be free to anything that will come from mid- end December 2022, and prefer long term adventures.
I’m also a freediver back home, a medic, painting a lot, a fast learner and ready to work!

Update- first I’ve done some coastal sailing through south AU from Adelaide to Eden with an attempt to cross to NZ which ended up in kind of a mayday (everyone is ok :),
then crossed the Tasman ocean on a 33ft ‘Hans Christian’ from Tasmania to Bluff NZ (got some big seas here and there) and now sailing around fiordland eventually heading Christchurch (learned how to fillet a fish in that one and all kinds of other stuff )

Left NZ in late may for Melanesia islands, a voyage which started in two weeks of sailing, one disfunctioning autopilot and a lot of hand stirring!
Then spent some time sailing between the islands on various boats, one beautiful junk rig between them. Now heading back to AU .

Got my skipper license in AU and did one delivery through south AU, Bass strait

I’m grateful for the people I’ve met and always happy to sail and talk with new kind people :)
I enjoy boat life, sailing and what it brings with it and very appreciate easy going boats.
