Hello,

my name is Jean, I'm from Brazil and thats where I grew up by the Atlantic ocean, I moved to Canada in 2015. I Have been fascinated by sailing since I was a teenager. I have a lots of respect for the earlier navigators and any kind of primitive knowledge.

I’m very hands on, familiar with most of the tools, very athletic with a professional skateboard career, surf, swim, snorkel, bike (and more) on my background, and a big kitchen enthusiast, I think I enjoy more the process of cooking than the actual meal (lol). I do love to fish/harvest seafood too.

My schedule is quite flexible and same with my departure and arrival location. If you need an extra hand give me a shout.

Some experience:

In 2023 I went on a 2 weeks sail trip from Haida Gwaii (Queen Charlote Island) to Vancouver through the West side of Vancouver Island and back to the city on a beautiful 51’ schooner, I’m also very kitchen enthusiastic.

In April 2024 we set sail from Mexico to French Polynesia, 25 days passage and 45 days total.
