Hi to everyone! I'm Raffaele, but you can call me with many different nicknames :). I study physics at the University of Turin, i'm still in the Bachelor's degree but I'm planning to finish this year. I born and raised in Turin and I lived one year in Valencia (Spain), during my Erasmus program.
I really love sailing, my father own a 10.5m sailboat and I used to go with him since I was a child, now that i have the Italian sailing licence I'm sailing with my friends teaching them how to sail. I also practice sailing with dinghy boats like, Laser 3000, Laser 4000 and Rs-500. I have also experience with night sailing and offshore sailing, I usually take part of some boat transfers.
I would like to take part at regattas and other boat transfers. In particular one of my dreams, that it's in my mind since a lot, is to take part of the Atlantic Race Cruise, and so i could lives this enormous experience, competitive or not. I would like to sail also the others oceans as well.

I like to repair bikes so I work a lot with my hands. I have an intuitive mind so, if you need, I could help as well with repairing and the maintenance of the boat.

Another thing that I like is cooking, my mother teach me a lot of things and we love to cook together, for Christmas and birthday parties. I cook a lot for myself and friends. From my point of view, if you don't have nice meals on board you cannot enjoy the experience to the fullest. I also like to take picture, I own some cameras, analogical and digital ones, that I could bring with me for some reportages or just memories.

I'm a friendly and sunny person who is quick to make friendship with new people. Sometimes I need also spaces for my thoughts, so I'm not invasive with you and your spaces.
In everything that I do, I'm always looking for take care of the planet, I try, as possible, to avoid plastic products and I promote a reasonably ethical lifestyle.

I'm full of interest and passions. i love music and i'm linstening to a lot of different types, from the classic to the techno, from the italian singers to the funk and jazz. I also play some instrument like synthetizers and djing with vinyls. I also like to take picture, I own some cameras, analogical and digital ones, that I could bring with me for a reportage, I'm sure that i will take a thousand of picture :).
I'm into sports, i practice cycling, climbing, skiing and sailing.
I have many more interests, I'm not gonna tell you everything, so you can discover me also during apoetical experience.
