I started with the optimist at the age of 12 in Liguria, and I continued on the dinghies until I was about 30, passing through laser- 470- hobbie cat 14-hobbie cat 16- and finally contender.
At the age of 30 I moved to Giulianova, by the sea, where I began my journey on cabin cruisers.
In 2000 I got the unlimited sailing-motor license, and with my first boat, a 31 foot, I started sailing.
From 2000 to today I have sailed with my boat (which in 2007 I changed to 36 feet), and with many other friends and acquaintances (elan 33, elan 40, elan 45, amel supermaramu, first 45, first 40, bavaria 46 , bavaria 50) in the Adriatic, in Croatia, and in Ionian Greece.
Only for lack of time I limited myself to these areas.
Considering that every year I have done at least 7/8 weeks of navigation / cruise, I can confirm that I have traveled at least 1500/2000 miles per season, which in about 20 years can correspond to about 30 / 40,000 nautical miles.
I have made many times night passages, and also long passages (up to 350 miles) for 50/60 hours of continuous navigation.
I have participated in many local regattas, I have participated in all the last 15 “barcolana” in Trieste
