Introduction
Hello! My name is Mari and I am a 26 years old girl from a small country called Estonia in North-East of Europe. A legal advisor by profession, but explorer and traveller in heart. I moved to the Netherlands when I was 18 and lived there for 4 years whilst studying there. Now I am living back in Estonia again, but travelling a lot. Last winter I spent 6 months travelling in New Zealand, Australia and Indonesia whilst working for an European Commission funded project. Now this project has ended and before taking up a new job I am spending some time travelling again. During my current travels one of my personal goals would be to improve my sailing skills!

I have always been into sea and everything related to it. I love different water sports and sailing and one of the goals of my gap year is to improve my sailing skills and discover new places. I have taken a few sailing classes, had a few shorter sailing trips and sailed once 685nm from Cuxhaven, Germany to Estonia. I would love to learn everything related to sailing and participate in every activity on the boat, so I would be ready to sail on my own one day!
