Start sailing with my brother when I was 8 years old.

First boat buyed was a Natutivela 470 when I was 12 yo (50% with my brother), then a Class A when I was 17 yo (by myself).

First cruise in Yugoslavia (now Croatia) in 1985 then a lot of cruise and race in Adriatic (500 x 2, Rimini Corfù Rimini, Barcolana etc.).

My first Atlantic cross was in 1995 with a 45 feet in Transat des Alizee.

From 1998 to 2007 I was partner in a sailing school and charter company, owner of several boats including Beneteau First 211, First 31.7, Oceanis 411, Jeanneau One Design 35, Ufo One Design 28.

During this period I’ve made several charter with bareboat in Mediterrean and Caribe with monohull and catamarans.

In 2007 I’ve purchased a brand new Wauquiez Centurion 45s and I followed the preparation for long cruises around the world with my partner Alessandra.

In 2009 we made the ARC with a X-yachts 512 and the charter season in Caribe.

In 2010 we started our journey from Ravenna (Italy) and we arrived in Australia in 2015 after 5 years living on board across Mediterrean, Atlantic and Pacific.

From April 2022 to October 2023 Captain on a Grand Soleil 52 LC (private owner with long range cruises in Montenegro/Albania/Greek in 2022 and Corsica/Sardina/Balearis i 2023).

From May to August 2024 First Mate on a Solaris 72 with mi wife Alessandra as Captain.

I’m not looking for a charter boat, I prefer a owner’s boat with long range cruise plan (around the world is not a problem) but also Mediterrean could be ok.

I accept embarkations also with my partner Alessandra (very skilled too).
