Recently quit my job as a teacher to take a career break to sail around the world! I am looking to crew to have some adventures, meet interesting people, and get lots of experience to become a better sailor.

I was working as a science teacher in a secondary school but decided to take a career break to pursue other adventures :)
I would like to do an atlantic crossing this year, and then spend time sailing around the Caribbean.
I am particularly interested in contributing to any projects people are running from their sail boat.

I enjoy cruising and have crewed and skippered yacht charters in the Mediterranean and the UK. I have crewed several yacht delivery trips where I have done solo night watches and longer offshore passages. Commercially, I worked as first mate on yachts for a summer school for a month on the west coast of Scotland.
