Introduction
I own a 45' trawler and a 20' grady white fishing boat. I have sailed/raced j/30 sailboats including 2 World Cups. I teach on the water boat handling, I teach new OUPV, Master and Assistance Towing captain classes as a certified USCG instructor. I also teach and perform ABYC electrical and engine maintenance. I am a captain with Sea Tow which provides me with countless opportunities to handle many different types of vessels under various conditions. I am retired from a heavy travel corporate job in the scientific industry. I hold a degree in electrical engineering and prefer to DIY most of the maintenance work on my vessels.
