Introduction

Hey
Im a Chef from Mitzpe Ramon, a small town in the desert. I moved there 4 years ago to practice wine agriculture and met my partner Noam. We live there ever since. For a long time now I’ve lived far from the sea with no opportunity to sail. I achieved my sailing license about 10 years ago while I was living in Tel Aviv and really looking forward to sail again.
In the last 15 years I’ve been cooking in restaurants. I had a trip around Europe for an internships in 5 different Michelin star restaurants and another trip to Japan and South Korea where I learn about local permaculture.
I look forward to travel around Europe again except this time to do so with Noam, my fiancée.
