Hey Shipmates

I’m an energetic health nut ; vegan chef, holistic herbalist, yoga teacher, who's been nomadic for the past 12 years

I lead a quiet yogic- holistic life, with loving kindness, compassion and gratitude as my guidelines

Got into the sailing life few years back and had some sailing gigs around the world , few regattas in the Med and boat deliveries as crew member but I wouldn't necessarily consider myself experienced yet

Looking to put some more miles under my belt and to humbly learn form more experienced skippers, in laughter and cheerfulness if you're more of the grumpy and catastrophic style then I'm certainly not the right match ...I incarnate the happy go lucky example
