Hi, I am an Argentinian Informatic Engineer, Diving Instructor, and Chef. Since September 2024, I have been living in Argentina. I am passionate about the sea, cooking, diving, and sailing. My goal is to combine my diverse skills with exceptional customer service to deliver outstanding experiences.

Over the last five years, I have worked as a chef, gaining experience in various settings. This includes working at a winery restaurant in Argentina, restaurants in Lisbon and Greece, and on a superyacht during an Italian trip in the summer of 2023.

From 2016 to 2019, I worked as a diving instructor, eventually advancing to a managerial role. I gained valuable experience in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brazil, and Argentina, developing my leadership and organizational skills.

Between 2000 and 2016, I worked as an Engineer in Argentina. I hold a degree in Informatics and a Master’s in Computational Science. During this time, I served as a manager and university teacher. Additionally, I am trained as an emotional coach and team builder, with extensive experience in creating and managing high-performing teams.

I have over 15 years of sailing experience on lakes in Argentina (I’m from a place where the nearest sea is 1,800 km away) and in the Mediterranean Sea. I have sailed around Sicily, from Malta to Sicily, and from October 17 to December 17, I participated in a journey from Sicily to Port de Bou in Spain, during 2.5 nonths.

I am passionate about outdoor sports and have been a paragliding pilot for over 22 years. I also enjoy kite surfing, hiking, mountain biking, and diving.

During the pandemic, I worked for 2.5 years in a winery in Mendoza, one of the wine capitals of the world. There, I served as a chef and was also in charge of the vineyards.

I worked as a Cook in Ikaria, and Lisbon, and after that as a chef in a 135ft Superyacht in Italy for 2 months.

I am an easygoing person who loves working in a team. I speak Spanish, Italian, and English fluently, along with some Portuguese and Bahasa (Indonesian), and I am always eager to learn new languages.

My strongest skill is customer service, and I take pride in creating excellent experiences for clients.
