Introduction
I'm a US Sailing and American Sailing Association certified sailing instructor, and I literally grew up on a boat. For seven years I was a youth sailing instructor, helping kids and their families get into sailing. I've traversed over 20,000 nm, more than 15,000 of those being offshore. My experience, as a robotics engineer coupled with extensive project work on various yachts means I can fix just about anything on board, in the water or on the hard. Confident in boats of all shapes and sizes, I'm eager to see new places, learn new things, and share what I know with whoever wants to listen.

After getting a physics degree from the University of California San Diego, I worked as a robotics engineer for three years. Turns out it wasn't for me, since then I've crossed nearly half the globe serving on a number of yachts. My passion for the sea has only grown, and I have no plans of stopping any time soon. One quick note, I have one tattoo on my right wrist. If that's not amenable to your lifestyle or beliefs, then I wish you the best of luck in your continued search for crew.

I've always had a passion for the sea, fostered by the environment I grew up in. I want to continue fostering that passion.
