I started out sailing / racing sunfish and laser’s at age 7 moving up and on to local racing out of Hempstead harbor Sea Cliff and Glen Cove yacht clubs, first aid and CPR certified N.Y. State Ocean Lifeguard Jones Beach , a
USCG: 100 ton Master / Captain with sailing endorsement and slamming chef nick name King Food.

Captain Paul served as Captain and Engineer on my 65' Hatteras vessel for three months. During that time we cruised the Florida Keys, passing up the west coast of Florida and through the Cross Florida Canal (lake Okeechobee) to Stuart and Ft. Pierce. During this time he displayed an awareness of safety and docking and anchoring without damage.
His duties included training a new crew, purchasing and servicing numerous on board systems, tender handling and maintaining fuel and all liquid levels. He was entrusted with the vessel's credit card and no discrepancies occurred.
A change in our usage plans were the reason we ended his employ.
