Growing up on the South East Coast of Australia, I felt naturally at home in the ocean. From a young age I pursued any endeavor that involved the ocean, leading me to master Sailing, Surfing, Scuba Diving and Water Skiing. I became a Lifeguard and Surf Instructor which kept me in the water every day. Inevitably, I made a lifestyle and career decision that would enable me to live permanently on the water. I was born to be a vessel master/Captain & engineer.
It was this decision combined with my relentless determination which drew me like a magnet to pursuing my studies, gaining knowledge and hands-on experience, anything that would assist me in becoming a master at my profession. I didn’t limit myself, I went on to Master fishing vessels, Dive vessels, private and commercial Motor yachts, Luxury Catamarans and powerful racing Maxi Yachts, in addition to acquiring my own Sailing Mono hull and building my very own chartered motor yacht and business.
Being a Captain with a sense of adventure has allowed me to travel the world, experience cultural diversity, see breathtaking places, meet new people with different languages and traditions. I effortlessly create a comfortable and safe environment for guests and crew hoping to share my knowledge and love for the natural elements.
