I am Ornella, I'm 35 years old, for the last 14 years I have lived in the ocean, the first 2 years I was doing charters amd fixing a rafiki 37feet with friend. Then we started a charter business in the San Blas archipelago. During the next 4 years I have worked as a professional chef in super Yachs, mostly sailboats. I have experiences in Mediterranean, Pacific, SudPacific and the Caribbean Sea like Skipper, crew delivery, Chef and Deckhand. I have more than 10 references of captains and agencies for whom I have worked as Captain and Cheff, fill free to ask for references.

At this point I am looking for a new job in any part of the world in order to get more experience and adventure.

My personal approach was to offer high standard service on every aspects. A really eco auto sustentable Chárter experience.
Currently, I'm looking for some temporary work in a sailboat, as skipper, delivery crew.

At work I am a super proactive person, I love to start very early in the morning with the sun and enjoy the peace of the early hours of the day. then start with the maintenance tasks of the boat, I really enjoy and feel great satisfaction when working manually on a sailboat, so I have acquired great experience and knowledge in mechanics, electricity and preventive care of materials and different systems. this life fills me with happiness that's why I always smile!

At work I always try to create an atmosphere of trust, without forgetting the responsibilities, the better it is for clients and crew alike. I love meeting new people from around the world, so as long as the job requires personal contact with the client I am doing it with my best smile!

As a sailor I am fully qualified to perform any maneuvers, my experience is in sailboats from 28 to 70 ft, I learn quickly and am always ready for new challenges!
