I first fell in love with sailing as the bowman on a ranger 33 that raced every weekend in San Francisco Bay. I started volunteering as crew whenever I had the time and eventually bought my own micro cruiser, a West Wight Potter 19 which I’ve single handed all over the sea of cortez while living aboard for months at a time. As I search for my own blue water dream boat I’ve jumped on a lot of multi day passages with others. Last winter and spring I helped to sail a Lagoon 421 from Grenada, through the canal, and across the pacific to the marquesas and eventually Tahiti before having to fly home to start farming. It was easily the greatest experience of my life and I can’t wait to repeat it!
