born, educated, studied mechanical engineering, worked in Germany, i was always attracted to nature, sports ands adventures. I like sports in any way, especially biking, running and sailing. I am also keen in hiking, scuba diving, surfing, fishing and lots more.
In 2011 and 2012 I was traveling with my bicycle trough central america and had great experiences!
In Panama I reflated my sailing background on an boat delivery crew member from Cuba to Florida and afterwards as a skipper on a 37 ft catamaran for 4 weeks.
Meanwhile I am settled down with a family in Berlin and just enjoy random sailing trips.
I habe been sailing every year for the last 14 years, most times as skipper.

My motivation and my reasons are joy, experiences and mostly great other sailors surround. i am 26 years old now, after 30 there is still enough time to lead a tranquil life on the mainland.
Update: I am 39 meanwhile and life on the mainland :)
