Hi everyone,

I’m Rasa, a Lithuanian who’s been sailing since I was 13. I’ve logged over 50,000 nautical miles, including a trip around the world, three long-distance deliveries( Atlantic crossings ) , various charter seasons in Med and extensive sailing in Caribbean Sea. For the last 12 years live with my family aboard our own sailboat

I hold STCW95, ENG1, and Yacht Master certifications. I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and Russian, with basic Italian skills. I’m experienced in dinghy operation, boat maintenance, navigation, anchoring, watch keeping , docking , line handling and etc. Plus, I enjoy cooking and making everyone on board feel welcome.

I’m an easy-going and communicative person who maintains a positive outlook and e respect each personal space on board .

I am a responsible, hardworking, and communicative individual with a strong focus on safety (always and everywhere). I have a passion for traveling, meeting new people, and continuous learning. For the past 11 years, I’ve lived aboard and sail my own sailing boat with my family, and I seasonally work as a deckhand, steward, or occasionally as a cook on other vessels.

I’m looking for a job on a boat where I can further expand my knowledge, while also enjoying the experience and giving my best to the people I work with.
