I grew up sailing Lasers and Hobie Cats and am the founder of the Loyola University Sailing Club. I have been a youth and adult sailing coach in the United States.

I work well with others and enjoy the variety of personalities that the sailing community attracts. I love sailing because of the unique and remote areas of the world that can be reached by the wind alone.

For non- US flagged vessels, I hold my RYA Yachtmaster Power and Sail with commercial endorsement. I have delivery experience between Hawaii and the West Coast OF the US. I have sailed the Hawaiian Islands and can safely navigate in heavy seas and weather aboard commercial and personal vessels.

I enjoy being outdoors and sailing. Most people in my age group are obsessed with the idea of money. I am obsessed with doing things that I enjoy. I want to crew on a boat because I enjoy achieving a common goal with my fellow crewmates. Being on a boat for a extended amount of time is something I really enjoy. Charters and deliveries give the real "feel" for sailing or being on the water. I want to be able to enjoy being on the water, but I don't want to be a tourist. I want to be a part of the boat and also help others. Sailing is a different way to meet new people and it is a job that I will remember forever.
