March 2009 - July 2010

I just spend 16 months as the cook/stew on a 95' Explorer type vessel. We cruised from San Diego, Mexico, Costa Rica, Ecuador Mainland and Galapagos Islands, then on to Chile, Falkland Islands, Argentina and Brazil. I was responsible for all provisioning, cooking and serving for owners (2), guests up to 8 and 3 crew. I was also responsible for the interior and laundry. I also helped with wash downs, lines and fenders. Our boat went on the hard and I need a new boat.
