We own and manage the the most luxurious, private yacht charter business in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mostly day charters, a lot of sunset dinner cruises for one couple. A few overnights \ excursions. We pay typical day rates of yachts larger than us, and gratuities are split evenly amongst paid crew. When I am the captain, I do not take a share since I am the owner of the business and I prefer the crew get all of the tips. You may consider this listing to be related to multiple yachts. Our crew is expected to work various yachts as may be called for.

ALL crew in our business are enrolled under our drug free vessel program and are subject to random drug testing whether or not working at the time. We use the same program administrator used by the ferry system here. Please do not contact me if you do not take such gigs.

Crew are also expected to be able to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements on a per-charter basis when requested as a condition of working the trip.

We also require
all Captains to have 100 ton Masters license, California RBS and Food Safe, and be Loss-Free
all Stewards and Deck/Stews to have California RBS and Food Safe certificates.
all crew to arrive wearing pants and shoes that conform to our spec, we provide tops.

Crew who have a long drivetime to get to Alameda may, with advance arrangement, stay on board before or after a charter without charge.
