Hi there, after nearly 10 years of boat refit the yacht is ready for adventures at sea. Safety, Fun and reaching our destination (in this order) are my objectives as a skipper. The most important aspect I consider from any crew member is their honesty when stating their experience and skills. You don't need to have thousands of miles logged or an RYA cert to crew on this yacht but if you claim you do, you will be expected to deliver on that experience and knowledge. so think carefully before overstating here.
