As a professional sailor I take safety very seriously, but after that the most important thing is to just have fun, escape the madness of the world and go and enjoy the beauty of the Pacific islands, the people and the great sailing conditions. You will need to be fully involved with all aspects of boat life, it is a shared experience in every way, so help out with cooking, sailing, cleaning, fixing things, keeping us all safe. the boat is fully self sufficient with solar, water makers etc and keeping it all running requires some effort, you will learn how it all works and help in the running of it all. I enjoy teaching - its great fun and an awesome way to spend your days on this earth.
