I sail mostly around Norway and Sweden. I have used to sail every summer as a crew member for over 10 years and for 4 years I sail as a skipper no less than 1-2 months per year with my own boat. I like to make it on little money therefore I prefer secluded anchorages over busy marinas. I consider myself a prudent sailor who likes challenges. I like to share my knowledge with the crew as well as to learn something from other people experiences.

The plan for this year is to reach Nordkapp. The yacht is well prepared for the journey. Every year I spend a lot of time upgrading her (DIY). She can sail comfortably with 2-4 people. She has all the necessary navigational and safety equipment (AIS, life raft, tiller autopilot etc.). In recent 4 years I was sailing every summer with friends and friends of friends (including foreigners) and from yesteryear also with people from sailing Facebook groups. Currently we are on the 2nd leg of the trip (close to Bergen) with one of the crew members from the first leg crew who decided to stay for a 2-week longer summer sail.
