Dear Shipmates

Introduction

Hi there, I am Paul. I was taught to sail by my father in the mid-1970s. We did a lot of dinghy racing and, later, cruising in his 23' cruiser. I bought my boat in 2018 and since 2020 have pretty much been sailing her full time. In the past two years I have logged over 10,000 nm. I am now part way through an open ended world cruise, perhaps a circumnavigation, I have no end date in mind.

Well, here I am, back in Grenada for hurricane season. I may take the odd trip to local islands (e.g. Carriacou, Grenadines, Trinidad) as weather dictates but won't be venturing much further until after hurricane season.
Once under way again I'll be making my way anti-clockwise around the Caribbean to Columbia. In the way I'll be visiting most of the islands in the western Caribbean as far as the Dominican Republic then Cuba, possibly the Cayman Islands and on to the Yucatan peninsula. Depending upon how long I take over that I may spend 2026 hurricane season in Guatemala (Rio Dulce). If time allows, I'll head to Colombia (Cartegena).
I'm seeking an easy going, friendly, adventurous and uninhibited female companion to share the adventure with. So, If you like piña coladas, getting' caught in the rain and the feel of the ocean and the taste of champagne, if you like making love at midnight in the dunes on the cape, you're the lady I've looked for come with me and escape!

I have sailed countless miles single handed so, while some experience would be great, I have no objection to taking a complete novice. If you have qualifications that's fine but it's certainly not a requirement.
