Introduction
Hi! My name is Clint. I'm a USCG 100Ton Master captain and a nomad, which means that my home is whichever boat I am operating at any given point anywhere in the world. I'm currently looking for a sociable woman to be my 1st.mate/stewardess/chef on a private 80 foot sailing yacht in the Caribbean. If you are a great chef that also holds a Dive Instructor certification, please get in touch with me!! This will be seasonal when the owner visits with the opportunity for long term cruising if all goes well. When considering pay, keep in mind that this is a relaxed living environment with no charters and all living expenses on board are paid. If you are looking for a fast paced charter job with the highest pay possible, this position is not for you. My focus is on a quality sailing experience with a stress free healthy living.

Majority of work is done on large sailing catamarans. The past few years has been deliveries across the Pacific(with exploration stops at lots of beautiful islands of coarse) and charters in Hawaii. Those are still options but currently looking for crew to help with cooking and cleaning on a seasonal basis on a luxury sailing monohull when the owner is visiting the Caribbean. If all goes well, we can then talk about further crew opportunities around the world.

Crew is expected to be able to handle all fenders/dock lines while also being exceptional at preparing mixed drinks and healthy meals with a friendly personality. You must also be able to help the captain manage the anchor/bridle and help keep the yacht clean and presentable at all times. I am a very good instructor so all these skills can be taught with the exception of galley work. I would have to pay guests to eat my cooking!…haha
I personally enjoy free diving, scuba, hiking and kitesurfing so if you enjoy those activities, you are more than welcome to join in our off time.
