Introduction
This is a great opportunity to board a promising start-up on a fantastic vessel in NY Harbor. We will be running three or four tours per day. Crew are expected to be professional and courteous. You will be able to learn not only about the operation of a traditional vessel but also about tourism and gastronomy business. After a CG sea trial, we will be operating around NYC for the general public, with the Jewish community as a niche. The vessel will be strictly kosher. No food will be allowed to be brought on board from outside without consulting the captain first.
