The boat is a 55ft 2010 Bavaria Cruiser that we purchased on the lsland of Curacao back in 2019/20. Under our lead, and amidst the start of the 'corona pandemic' she has passed the Panama Canal, up to Galapagos and on to Tahiti. From there she was delivered to New Zealand for safe haven. In 2022 I was finally able to visit NZ and prepare the boat for the next leg of her journey into Asia. She has been refitted with a new sail wardrobe, new electrics and various other bits and pieces.

I am a 'typical' Dutch guy, direct, to the point and no nonsense. My personal sailing experience started as a boy in the lakes of Holland, then the coastal waters of the Dutch Caribbean followed by some charter and mile building work in the Gulf of Thailand, crossing the Pacific, cruising the islands of Vanuatu, Solomons, PNG and Indonesia. All together 20k miles plus, don't really keep track on that. I am a creature of leisure, I Iike comfortable warm weather cruising/sailing. good wines, great food and waters where I can see the anchor on the bottom.

My wife, Linda, is just getting started with sailing, but already logged quite some miles so far. She crossed the Pacific cruised the NZ coastline sailed up to Vanuatu and sailed from Lombok to Belitung.

The boat is a luxurious cruiser equipped for comfort.

The boat is at Port Dickson. The 'Final' destination would be Thailand in November 24, we plan to crawl the coast up towards Thailand.

The next leg of the journey will be Port Dickson up to Langkawi.

We like to keep the boat in top condition, frequent maintenance and upgrades. Keeping things as clean as possible to maintain a pleasant living environment. We enjoy the better things in live, are not minimalists by any measure.

I am looking for fun people to join me/us. Some experience is helfull as we occasionally will be doing longer passages. But I am happy to teach you the fundamentals of sailing. Sailing must be your first priority, we are not interested in eco-warriors that want to avoid airplanes and thus hitch a ride on a boat. Also, we do.not take couples aboard.

For the costs we expect a fair share in the provisions of the boat. The rest is on a value for value basis.
